TWINVAC: Continuous vacuum stuffers for whole muscle products

The TWINVAC range meat stuffers are designed for continuous vacuum stuffing of pieces of meat, small or big depending on the model, without destroying their morphology. They obtain a finished product with an excellent texture, without air bubbles and the risk of bacteriological contamination. They can work in a fully automatic way, coupled with standard continuous clippers or thermoformers having an adequate meat passage diameter, up to 100mm.

TwinVac HP-9

System:

  • High power hydraulic operation independent from the meat circuit
  • Pneumatic loading valve
  • Endless spindle in the vacuum hopper which forces feeding of the stuffing chambers
  • Meat pumping using two reciprocating hydraulic cylinders
  • Without bottlenecks, discplacements or rotations
  • Ergonomic design, with vacuum hopper divided in 3 sections allowing easy access for sanitation
  • Very easy access to all parts of the machine for maintenance
  • Extremely easy cleaning and sanitation with incredible savings of time in assembly and disassembly
  • Maintenance assistant
  • Alarm detection
  • Adjustable closing system independent or through external signal
  • Automatic hopper feed by vacuum transport with infrared photocell meat level sensor
  • Cutting accessory to facilitate stuffing of meat with high nerve and tendon content

Production Capacity:

CONTINUOUS PUMPING CAPACITY. The continuous pumping capacity of the TWINVAC PLUS HP-9 is the same as in the homologous PLUS PC models, that is 9,000 kg/h. Production capacity depends on the characteristics of the product and the production line. Please consult with a Nu-Meat representative.
